What about size and color?
The size and color can be changed according to your requirements, whatever it from our website or from your idea. We can make the 3D design for your confirmation before we produce it. New design or new digital printing is welcome.
How strong the material?
There are mainly 2 kinds of materials. One is sewing type material, like 0.4mm and 0.55mm PVC tarpaulin for attractive inflatable bouncer and slide. The other is airtight/heat sealed type material, like 0.6mm and 0.9mm PVC tarpaulin for inflatable water park sport games. The PVC tarpaulin is kind of heavy duty water proof and fire retardant material, it’s up to USA ASTM F963 and NFPA 701-201 standard. It’s used in producing inflatable games for many years. What’s more, the part of inflatable items is made of oxford fabric, like Christmas inflatable cartoons. We can discuss these details when you place an order to us.
Can you print my picture or logo on inflatables?
Sure, we can print your picture or logo on the inflatable products. We always request AI,EPS,PDF vector file or high pixels photo to keep the printing best appearance.
Can you design one specially?
Yes, please send us sketch or a picture of your requirements, we will quote and make 3D design..
What included in products?
It includes inflatable game, air blower, strong PVC bag, repair kit(same color material and glue). If you want an extra 1.5 times bigger PVC package bag or PVC ground sheet, please let us when you confirm the order.
What kind of guarantee you give?
Our inflatable games can be used more than 3 years. If it is damaged, you can repair it by using the glue and material we supplied, also we will supply you technology support.
Questions on your air blowers, inflator or fan?
Our air blowers have passed the certificates of CE and UL. It can be 220-240V, 50/60Hz, and 110-120V, 60Hz. The plug can be UK plug, Euro plug, USA plug and Australia plug. We will check and confirm this according to the country where it will be used.

1 piece. But we suggest you buy more if you choose sea shipping, it will save shipping cost and increase profit.
How do I order?

How do I pay?
Please arrange payment by TT, Western Union or Paypal, 50% deposit in advance, and the balance payment must be made before shipping. By the way, you can save bank charge in your side by paying full 100% amount.
How do you start the order?
The order will be started after your 50% deposit is confirmed. We will email you the digital photos for your confirmation once the order is finished. If you are satisfied with it and pay the balance amount, the goods will be sent immediately. If it’s urgent order needed, you’d better pay 100% amount in advance, because the payment and shipping closing date is affected by Chinese holiday.
Producing time?
Normal producing time for 1 piece inflatable game is 7-10 days after deposit payment confirmed. However, it can be adjusted some days depending on the design and the dimensions.
Shipping?
Our inflatable products can be delivered by Express courier(4-6 days), by air(4-5 days) or by sea(15-40 days up to different ports). We also can send the goods to your agency warehouse in China. The shipping is affected by weather conditions or accidents, wish you understand this. We met the shipping delayed by strong typhoon, plane cannot leave airport in few days. One time the goods was burnt out in port warehouse, we had to produce new products for client. No one wants to this happen at all.
